Halloween 2010

This past weekend we've been busy with all our Halloween events.  We love this holiday.  David loves to decorate for all these holidays coming up, so that makes it even more exciting!  Even though it's getting cold and snowy and rainy... these holidays sure do make it brighter.  And the fact that I have a partner to celebrate it - has been wonderful!  (I heard from a 2 friends that their husband doesn't help them with their kids as they go to parties, trick or treating, etc. - no way! I feel bad for them and I'm sure many moms)  Anyway, great memories for us!

• We started decorating mid-September!!  And have yet to take it down
• We found and carved pumpkins twice, already posted about that 
• We love to window shop for halloween, so we definitely did that a couple times
• Halloween movies!!  We've watched all that we could think of - Ghostbusters I, II, Casper, Hocus Pocus
• And some other SCARY movies... yep, we rented and saw a few on TV

Then actually around Halloween - we didn't have costumes, well David did have his Ghostbusters shirt - but I needed one for work.  So the night before at 11:30pm we headed to wal-mart.  I just ended up getting an orange shirt and colored my hair like below:

After my crazy work party - that honestly takes so much work for us who plan it - and then all these kids just come and trash it all up... But they like it so we keep doing it...  After the work party we did another Halloween movie and Saturday we invited the whole Clark clan over before trick or treating to do sugar cookies.  I cooked them all and had them all ready.  The kids came over before trunk or treat at the church.  Then we went to the Clarks house afterwards to hang out, eat, and do more trick or treating.  Here are some pics...
