- Starting to coo as of 9/7, so fun to hear his voice!
- Tyson likes to "bark" or "nay" in his sleep, we even thought we heard a dog barking over the baby monitor one night
- Smiling a lot by 1 month, not just for milk or gas, but if happy or just to our face - very hard to capture on camera though! Seriously the BEST smile, makes me melt.
- Week 2: Mom had mastitis, so Ty had stomach ache and spit up more and Grandma Kathy came to visit
- Week 3: Mom and Ty home all to themselves - all we did was sleep, eat and potty and trying to get through the meds
- Tyson eats with a shield on left side starting week 3 - he's a chomper and piranha - you jump for anything when hungry
- Sleeping: He likes to sleep while being held in the day. Naps are far and few between, he'd rather be up and even when tired won't sleep unless we hold/walk/rock him - usually he'll sleep while/after eating if we don't do anything but burp him, he'll just sleep on us
- Night sleeping is a lot better, he's sleeping 4-5 hours sometimes
- At 2 week Dr visit: 7 lbs 8 oz, 20 1/2 inches, doing really well
- He LOVES his changing table in the day - we have a monkey perched below and he smiles a lot at it
- Starting to like the swing if already asleep or real drowsy
- Swaddled most of the time
- Baths: Didn't like till week 4, before that we really just did basic sponge baths outside with Dad holding him. Finally on week 4 we are using the baby bath and now you aren't crying at least and make some funny faces/expressions and sometimes look like an old man in a hot tub
- 9/6 visited Mom's work and Aunt Jan on Richard's one year mark
- Still always wearing gloves because we can't cut your nails yet, too wiggly! We did cut them once but they are still way long
- We finally got his foot and handprint but that took half an hour to get his cooperation
- We call Tyson a "frog" because of his bouncy legs, always springing when we change him
- Loves to put one hand up like a punch or a cheer - very fun and cute
- Dad gets close to him and he'll punch (not really) in the face when playing on the floor
- Loves laying on our bed and watching the ceiling fan
- Eyes are getting better at focusing, always checking stuff out

Tyson: 1 month
Tyson was one month old on September 9, 2013. Wow how the time flies! Here are some pictures we took for the occasion, as well as what Tyson has been up to this past month. We are very in love with this little boy!
