Visitors for Tyson

Tyson had lots of visitors over the last few months...  Here are the beginnings from right after the hospital to a month or so into him being with us.  We are grateful for everyone who was excited to have him join our family with us.  Maybe it's just us, but we have the cutest kid!  But everyone who meets him says the same thing, so guess it's not just us ;)

All the Clarks came the day we came home from the hospital, see below.  And the special visitors were Jon & Annie, Sam and Sophie from Texas!  They were planning to come end of August but plans changed and they were able to see Tyson just a day or so old.  I wasn't a good entertainer at the time, and they had lots of people to visit so we didn't hang out much, but they were such a blessing even just the few times we saw them.  One of the first days home I was a little weepy (yeah those hormones are killer!) and I was upset because I couldn't get to the store and Tyson needed PJ's (the ones we had were too big) and some pants (all we had were infant tops, weird!) - and immediately Jon left to Target while Annie stayed and chatted.  They are such a great family to have as our family :)

The rest of the Clarks came too, and yep, there's a lot of them, course!

My mom came to visit on Tyson's 2nd week.  We were lucky to have her around to do shopping and laundry for us.  Tyson was happy to have her hold him too :)  She stayed for a week and we had her all to ourselves since the Evans/Speirs were on a cruise.

And we also were lucky to have Eric & Amanda come visit mid September!  They came Thurs - Sunday and hung out with me (since D was at school most of the time) and got a little view into what their lives will soon be like (yay here comes baby girl Everts soon!).  I heard that Eric wasn't a big baby lover, but by the end of the trip he was making faces and in charge of the binky for Ty.  He's going to have a lot to learn when he's a dad, but will do just fine.  Amanda is a cute pregnant girl and going to be a great mom.  Tyson was very good and slept as needed during the day while we all tried to do a few things rather than stay at home - we golfed one night, visited the Conference Center/Temple Square, and ran a few errands for me since I have a hard time by myself.  We made pizza and just hung out chatting and watching Tyson.  They also gave me the Moby Wrap which we absolutely LOVE, and it has been such a blessing to have hands free while running around with Ty by myself.  Thank you guys for visiting!  We love you!
